As much as we love winged liner, we’re not so crazy about how much effort it usually requires. Shaky wrists and runny liquid formulas conspire to drain our time and energy, which is why we’re glad we discovered these handy stick-on appliques. Each pack comes with four different designs, ranging from classic cat eyes to bold runway-inspired styles.
too extreme for me. did not use. product did not transfer well either. This product is geared to the rocker type
i wanted to like these as i usually wear dramatic eye makeup, but these were just plain bad quality. the adhesive did not stick at all, not to mention they were not properly shaped for my eyes no matter what i did..i could not get them to line up or stick, and i also dont believe they were black enough. they were like a charcoal black that didnt really resemble the color of eyeliner to me. i would not purchase or recommend.
I was hoping this product would be a fast alternative to the tedious chore of applying good old eye liner. It was NOT. I was disappointed, because the designs were pretty awesome! For those of you that have patience and expertise applying beauty products, may find that this product works for you.
This is amazing for major events and costume parties, anything where the eye makeup may take center stage. For the person that is wanting to pull off the perfect top liner, this is perfect - and your eyes look fantastic! I recommend this wholly!
I haven't used these yet. As someone who *does* hang out in the goth scene (note to earlier comment)....pen liner works wonders and makes for easier and more dramatic styles without dealing with lash glue which is just a pain to deal with. Birchbox sells the Stila pen liner which is an easier alternative to trying to apply these or using traditional liner or try cake liner and a brush (not the pots of gel liner and try an angled brush). Sephora also sells one that works well by Buxom. The only perk I can see from this is that unlike pen, gel and cake liners...this won't run or smudge. I can see this being useful especially if you are going to a) be on the dancefloor all night b)in a humid environment. Hope this review helps.
I personally do not see myself wearing them for everyday use but they are great for Halloween use! I use them for my costume and they looked natural!
Really, this stuff looks like you're supposed to put it on your upper lip as a weird twisty french moustache! It was very comical... but disappointing.
I have the most terrible time applying eye liner. I absolutely LOVED these eye rock liners. I watched the video to see how to put it on; nailed it. Lasted all night, through sleeping, and were still looking good in the morning
I do agree with the reviews. They are way to hard to apply and look really dramatic. Not my look, maybe for a gothic person, lol. Well maybe for halloween or a dance performance but overall I did not like.
Its easy to apply and it stays on well. The only downside is it tends to fold or bubble on the eye when applying or after application.
