Remember how cool it was every time one of the Transformers would unravel into a robot? Well, these folding sunglasses operate under the same awesome principle. Available in both black and tortoiseshell, these stylish shades feature a timeless silhouette that will flatter any face. They also come with a handy storage case to ensure they don’t get stepped on or scratched when not in use. Think of them as the Optimus Prime of eyewear.
A kinda strange style, and while the fold up aspect is nice and convenient, the constraints of being compactake the glasses both too narrow and not long enough to test comfortably behind the ears.
Love the idea and the function - don't like the style... Didn't look good on my husband or I... not to mention we wear glasses already - that transition. :)
Still neat idea. We passed them on to a friend who made them a spare pair.
Not bad like the shades but not the style, looks weird on my face. Not for me
These glasses are so practical, easy to carry, and they look great too!
I'm a kinda a sunglasses snob. These are fine, but they're very cheap feeling. If you want a pair of sunglasses that you're ok with losing or breaking, here you go.
I like that the shades fold up into a small package. For me they'll serve as an effective "spare pair" of sunglasses, but they're not something I would buy. They're advertised as "flattering any face" but they don't look that great on me. I appreciate their attempt to make a universal sunglass, but I believe that's a task that is not too simple.
I'm not sure where to even begin on this one. While I like the idea of collapsible shades, the hinges don't feel stable or sturdy at all. The dual-hinge at the nose also appears to be begging to break or warp.
The style itself is... just not good. I'm not a glasses-style hater. I can dig big frames on a girl's face if they look right, but I can't picture these looking right on anybody, male or female, small face or large. It's almost like someone decided to make some sweet chunky 80s shades, but had never actually seen 80s fashion.
Not for me.
I love the functionality of these glasses. Not sure of the style.
I was very surprised to find a pair of sunglasses in my Birchbox. The case is nice, especially the magnetic latch and the sunglasses are nothing if not functional. I'm not crazy about the frames on my particular face, but I do like the look of the glasses in a more general sense. I prefer my regular sunglasses but these will more than suffice as back-ups when I forget my usuals. The arms seemed oddly short on my ear.
Too much of a gimmick. These would be good as an extra set in a glovebox, but feels to clunky and cheap to wear daily. They look cheap.
