I actually subscribe to Laqa's monthly box on their site, and I've gotta say , it's one of my favorite formulas - goes on the nail nicely and almost always covers in one coat. Im a polish junky and use mainly Deborah Lippmann, Butter London, and Zoya, so I know my polishes (or like to think i do lol). I have BMX Bandit and Bounty Hunter, of the ones they show here.
I'm so mad I paid extra to add this to my March box. It's goopy and powdery textured. You can't get a good coat on your nails. It's just awful.
I bought this brand as a life style extra last month. It was a waste of money. The polish goes on thick and dried before I could even finish polishing the nail. The polish was sticky not, shiny, glittery, or matte. The nails looked terrible.
I would never buy this brand again. I only gave this polish one star because it was mandatory. Otherwise, I would give it a zero.
Ill stick with Color club and Deborah Lippmann!
I have purple and pink and they are perfect for the Spring season. It goes on thick and looks kind of matte but with a top coat on, it looks shiny! I like how there is glitter in it too!
I decided to splurge on the extra products in the box this month. I really liked the colors, but the polish was terrible. It was thick and did not go on well at all. The color also was not as nice on the nails as it was in the bottle. I added a layer of a Deborah Liepmann glitter polish on top and they were wearable, but I certainly will not be buying more. I think we should have been able to rate these as part of the box - at least I would have gotten some points.
I ordered this polish and I really think there is something wrong with it. It's super thick and just gloopy. I struggled to get the polish to smooth onto my nails and it's a huge mess. It's like the consistency is off. The polish is almost grainy.
I paid an extra twenty dollars to reserve the limited edition colors. They are a sparkly pink and purple. I couldn't find the names on either polish. I took it to the nail salon today for a pedicure and was severely disappointed. When I first opened the pink polish the consistency seemed really thin almost translucent and which was really pretty. But when the color applied it was really thick and dull. Won't repurchase will stick to Essie and OPI. Colors were nice but didn't apply well
So I got one of these in Awesomesauce as an add on to my march box. Looks really pretty & very bright! Has a rough "sand" like textured finish. I like it, but was disappointed that it started chipping off within 8 hours.
This product was horrible! I was so excited because the colors were pretty and sparkly! But, unfortunately it's incredibly gooey and hard to paint with. It's even harder to remove! I made such a mess with it and am great at painting my nails. It was such a waste of money! I'm very open to new brands but this was extremely disappointing.
I was so excited to try out this nail polish and I finally decided to indulge myself and spurge. And I couldn't be more disappointed. The nail polish came out way too thick and clumpy and I immediately had issues applying it smoothly to my nails. I even tried adding A LOT of nail polish remover to it to thin it out but it still is very glue like. The colors are gorgeous and they come in cute little bottles but it is difficult to apply, looks clumpy and streaky on my nails and is overall just a huge disappointment.
