Buh-bye sock bun. The style to rock right now is the romantic and effortless half-up, half-down. For a look reminiscent of Claire Danes circa Romeo + Juliet, rely on SARAHPOTEMPA's The Half Up™. Like its big sis The WRAP UP™, this nifty tool helps you fake a fuller mane and secures your bun without the help of bobby pins.
This is so much easier to use that the sock bun that is all over the internet. I love the bun look but my hair is really thin and a bun never looked good until now. The product is so simple and holds all day long. After taking out the Half-up, my hair was slightly wavy and had really go bounce.
I haven't used the typical sock bun hair piece yet, but I love the half-up! It is perfect for my hair type and it is super easy to use!
I have very thick hair - and this just didn't work in it. I imagine it is for people with thinner hair. Would not recommend.
This is an odd product. It is too hard to use, and the result is a weird hairstyle. Not for me.
I love this tool. I have fine thin hair and can fit it all in this and it makes a perfect bun. If you time it just right you can also have nice waves if you put it in with damp hair.
Others may love this. Not for me. My hair must be too thin
I love up-dos so this was perfect fore me! I can style my hair in so many different ways with the half-up.
This product really intrigued me and I thought it was a good concept. However, my hair is really fine and I was only able to achieve a low bun. I couldn't accomplish the "half-up" without some of the half-up product showing. Maybe with a little practice and patience?
This was a fun product and I have long hair but because it had so many layers I couldn't get it all to stay together in a nice bun.
Perhaps I didn't use this correctly, but when I tried the low full bun (I don't have enough hair for the half-up) it pulled and weighed down my hair to the point it was uncomfortable.
