This leave-in conditioner operates on the same principles as your basic face moisturizer, giving your hair a ‘moisture foundation’ that you can build upon. The benefits of hydrated strands? Fewer frizzy outbursts and runaway ringlets, and much more soft shine. The lightweight formula goes on clean and keeps curls defined without any sticky residue, so you won’t get any hairline breakouts.
After using this, my hair was softer, less frizzy, light and manageable. Plus it smells quit nice. Plus I love that you can use it in or out of the shower even though it's called leave-in conditioner.
I find this product works great to tame frizz on a non-wash day. However, daily use weighs my hair down too much over time.
I have frizzy, dry, curls (2c) and have always used spray-type leave-in conditioner...until I found this! Moisture Lock Leave-In Conditioner REALLY hydrates hair to keep hair healthy and frizz-free. I use it daily and am falling in love with my curls all over again!
This conditioner made my hair feel so...yucky! It was heavy and thick!
I got this as a sample from another beauty retailer a few years back. I find that with this product, you really need to invest in the whole line in order to get it to deliver what it promises.
Not a big fan of it for myself. I didn't like the texture or the smell. It seemed to weigh my hair down. I did mix it with some water and put it into a spray bottle and used it on my kids hair (their hair is a little bit more coarser than mine) and it did take away the frizz and "tighten up" their curls. While it didn't work for me - it did for them hence the 3 star review :)
I love this product, it smells great and is apart of the cocktail I use on my hair to manage it.
this is a great line of products.
This stuff SMELLS AMAZING and provides a great moisturizing service to my hair when it's been a bit abused. I use as a leave-in, as well as a conditioner on occasion. Only catch? Too much and your hair will be greasy. On lazy days I will put this in my damp hair and into a bun to give my locks a bit of a vacation.
I have wavy hair, and this just didn't work for me. It weighed down my fine locks and I didn't like the smell. It did condition well, my hair felt very soft and nice after using it. However, I prefer B Leave In by DevaCurl for a leave in conditioner.
I used this on my wavy, frizz-prone hair as a curl cream after the shower. When my hair dried it had none of the crispy feeling that many gels and curl creams leave behind, but my waves we defined and frizz-free.
