Laura Mercier's lip glacé is rather average overall. The texture is quite sticky throughout the day, but the color is vibrant without being too bold. The gloss is hydrating, leaving lip feeling soft after wearing, but if you need to reapply, it works best to take any residual lip gloss that might still be on your lips, otherwise you can get a clumpy, uneven look. Don't even think about trying to eat with this gloss on; you'll get every single crumb stick to your lips, prompting another reapplication. I like this gloss, and as far as quality goes, it has a lot going for it, but the super sticky feeling that makes your lips stick together, hair get plastered to your face and crumbs act like magnets to your lips, is a little irritating after an 8 hour day. It's a hard product to rate because it had good qualities and bad, but I'd say, if you can get past the sticky texture and requirement to clean before reapplication, then this is a quality lip gloss.
