Birchbox Breakdown

There haven’t been many huge changes to the blush world since our grandmas’ makeup days—until now, that is. This innovative liquid blush gives our cheeks a pop of natural color with its hydrating (but non-greasy) formula. Buildable pigments mix with a blend of orange peel, sunflower, grape seed, and lavender oils to easily smooth onto skin for foolproof application. The best part? You can toss the rollerball applicator into your bag without the fear of a dreaded powder blush explosion.

How to Use

Apply a few dots of liquid color onto the apples of your cheeks with the rollerball, then use your fingers to blend blush into your skin.

Gorgeous formulation and long-wearing

Blush is the one makeup item that I definitely couldn't live without. I have tried everything from cream to powder to airbrush, Wet n Wild to Bobbi Brown to Benetint and this is hands down my favorite blush formulation of all time. Oily skinned people, don't be afraid that it's a blush oil. When this stuff dries down (and it will in 15 seconds or so), it will stay on your face all day. All day. On top of that, it will leave you with the most gorgeous glow. On top of THAT, the three shades are flattering for all skin tones. Trust me, I have all three. Give this one a try, folks.

My first blush oil

I am excited about Milk products. The appeal for me is twofold ease of use 1) Packaging 2) Product application. I have only used this once (this morning) to be fair. I tried to apply directly to my cheeks but when applying a 2nd buildable layer, the product took about 10 clicks to come out and seemed to kind of plug up. I rolled onto a tissue until product began to dispense. I think what I will try is to roll onto my hand and apply from there. Or, it could very well be that it's just new and working through the initial bubbles to dispense the product. I do like how it blends in, the color and ability to build light flush to dramatic. It's mid day and the color still looks true for longevity. I can't wait to continue using this product and try other products from Milk. I am happy with this product - especially since I'm an old school powder blush gal. It's fun to try something new. :)

Easy Peasy

I have these blush oils in Ripe and Crave. The rollerball glides very smoothly, the product is easy to spread, and provides a natural flush. It's easy to build if you want more color, but I generally prefer a lighter touch when it comes to blushes and shadows. Overall I really like this product and would recommend it.

Easy peazy.

This is the easiest, prettiest blush to use ever. Dab and blend, if you need a little more color dab and blend again. Simple as that.

i love it!

I received my Milk Makeup Blush Oil in my Summer box. I'm so in love with this blush. If I'm not working, there is a good chance I am not wearing face makeup. But if I don't put any color on my face I am washed out. I can grab my blush oil and go. It looks like I am blushing. In fact recently someone thought I was blushing, which is hilarious, because I don't blush. I love that this blush oil gives me the look of a natural blush. It's easy to use too! Love, love, love it.
