Luckily for the rest of the world, the one-woman operation is now a global empire. We eat these all-natural preserves straight from the jar Tom Sawyer-style, paired with almond butter on whole wheat for a healthy riff on PB&J, or as a jewel-toned filling in holiday cookies.
