Smell is amazing
Purchased

Not only does this conditioner soften and moisturize my dry, curly but thin hair without weighting it down, it also smells amazing all day. It's pricey but I can't get over how my husband buries is nose in my hair when I use it.

Didn't do anything for my dry hair
Purchased

I was excited about reading the reviews, but this conditioner did nothing for my dry, color treated hair. In fact it felt drier than with my drugstore conditioner. I definitely expected a lot more results for a product this pricey. It did smell nice though... That's all I got.

Not great for fine hair

My hair is thick but fine, and this didn't prevent it from knotting from tangles, considering the price, I didn't stay in love with it over time

Nice enough but nothing special
Purchased

I consider my hair to be dry and I've tried many different conditioners to help heal the problem. After hearing a lot of raves about Shu Uemura I decided to bite the bullet. While the smell is amazing, it didn't really do that much for my hair. It's hard to justify paying so much since the results are not extraordinary. TBH my drug store brand conditioner does just as good a job for much less. If you are only going for something that smells good and you have the cash to burn go ahead, otherwise, save your money for a better product.

Moisture without Weight
Purchased

This conditioner has saved my hair! I live in Hawaii so my hair is constantly exposed to the sun and salty water. Also I keep my hair colored which can make it dry. My hair tends to be oily, so in the past I have shied away from moisturizing conditioners. This is the first one I've tried that added softness and shine without weighing my hair down and making it feel oily. Also, the price is high but I use 3 pumps per wash and the bottle lasts a long time! I would say the only negative for me is that this conditioner doesn't smell as nice as some of the other Shu conditioners, but it's a nice clean scent.
