I'd say these wipes are nothing to write home about; they're neither great nor terrible. They do remove my makeup decently, but my skin does not feel particularly clean afterwards. They work best when used before or after a cleanser, soap, or some other form of makeup remover. As such, I mostly use them to remove the residue my cleanser leaves behind.
I can say they did not do a good job remove waterproof makeup: Anastasia dipbrow pomade and Benefit They're Real mascara did not budge.
The package does stay nicely sealed, so they didn't dry up (but I didn't find them too wet to begin with. They were right in the middle: not soaking wet, but not bone-dry either.)
In general, they're worth using up, but there are definitely better makeup wipes out there. And you can probably find wipes for a better price. $12.50 for 25 wipes might not be crazy exorbitant, but there are cheaper options out there.
(I should note: I can't speak for the hypoalergenic aspect of these.)
