Birchbox Breakdown

Formulas that promise a deep, exfoliating clean usually come at the cost of irritating our sensitive skin, while the milder options never leave our complexion feeling quite clean enough. Then we discovered this best-of-both-worlds cleansing mud. Enriched with 5% glycolic acid, it delivers a deep clean, effectively detoxing our pores and whisking away impurities for truly radiant results. And thanks to an ultranourishing blend of hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, and avocado oil, it does it all without stressing out our skin.

How to Use

Use in the morning and at night. Massage a quarter-sized amount of cleanser into damp skin for 30 seconds, taking care to avoid the eye area. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

Great cleanser but...

This cleanser was recommended to me to reduce some milia on my forehead and they have significantly decreased. But this "mud" cleanser is SO difficult to squeeze out of the bottle! I'm not sure if I have an old bottle but I probably will not be buying this again (weak grip strength). I'll try the Mario Badescu glycolic foaming cleanser next...

Great cleanser for rough skin

I am getting microdermabrasion done and this cleanser is great for helping to remove all the purged toxins and dry skin flakes. I have added the toner and mud mask to my regime and the tone and texture if my skin has improved greatly

The magic of mud
Purchased

I use my miceller water, rinse my face then apply this cleanser massaging it into my skin like a moisturizer until it disappears. I leave it on while I shower then rinse it after wit cold water and face feels amazing. It's not over drying but rather gently balancing the skin.

Worth Every Penny
Purchased

I had gotten a sample size of this to try out from Target and I loved it so much I decided to spend the money for the full size. I usually use the Cetaphil facial cleanser to wash my face and then the Cetaphil moisturizer, but I have since added this cleanser to my routine and my face feels amazing after using it. My skin is much softer and smoother and has a glow to it. I don't have severe acne, but I am a victim of the occasional forehead breakout and since I have added this cleanser to my face routine I have noticed I have fewer and less severe breakouts on my forehead. Amazing product, definitely would recommend, and will be purchasing again when I run out.

Fantastic!

I've never been one to invest a whole lot of money into a product that spends less than a minute on my face. In the a.m. I usually use Cetaphil and in the evening I use a cleansing oil to remove all traces of EVERYTHING and then I rotate in a favorite face wash (Acure for sensitive skin or Liz Earle), etc. The rest of my skin routine includes mostly Paula's Choice products, which I accidentally forgot to reorder, so I picked up a trio of Pixi Skintreats and tried Pixi Glow Mud Cleanser and the products are fantastic. My skin is super soft and every pore is cleaned out!!!! When I use the Glow Mud Cleanser and I am done working it around my face and neck, I keep it on for a couple minutes like a mask while I figure out what I am going to wear for the day. Nice multitasking face wash AND multitasking to start out the day!
