Each month as a part of Birchbox Select Beta you have the ability to choose one of the following three exclusive options. We'll send you an email to remind you when it's time to customize!:

Pick One, Skip One
Why you'd pick this option: If you want more control over your box, but still want an element of surprise.
What it is: Pick a sample type you'd like to receive and/or exclude from your upcoming box (i.e. "Send me a facial toner this month, skip the mascara!"). The products themselves will still be a surprise, and your options will change every month.

Spotlight Boxes
Why you'd pick this option: This is for someone who wants to know exactly what's coming or who wants to explore a certain beauty theme.
What it is: Swap your personalized box for one of these targeted boxes filled with 5 samples that are each based on a specific theme (i.e. everything you need for a great eye makeup look) or beauty concern (i.e. oily skin or anti-aging). These options will change every month.

Swap for Points
Why you'd pick this option: Need extra time to experiment with last month's box? Or have your eye on something in the Shop?
What it is: Instead of receiving your next Birchbox, get Birchbox Loyalty Points equal to the amount that you would have paid for your subscription that month. Well add your Points into your account on the 1st of the month. Points can be redeemed as payment toward your future Shop orders. You can Swap for Points 4 times within a 12-month period.

Choosing one of the Birchbox Select Beta options will make the most of your additional $5 a month. But your Sample Choice options are still available if youd prefer to pick a sample or our monthly curated box instead of one of your Birchbox Select Beta options. Currently, youre able to choose only one customization option per month.
